Sigrun Strunk was born in Hamburg, Germany. She studied library sciences in Cologne, Germany. Has a Master of Advanced Studies in Foreign Languages and Literatures which she completed in Limoges, France. She now lives in southwest France and works in a school.
In 2014 she published an interpretation of Harry Potter's adventures in German (JK Rowlings magische Welt) and in 2015 the French translation (Le monde magique de JK Rowling). The English edition Study, Harry Potter's Magical Success, translation by Laura Miravher is available since 2017.
The new book project is a tourist guide to the regional natural Parc Perigord-Limousin. It will be available as ebook in German in 2018. The parc covers the north of the Dordogne department and part of Haute-Vienne around Rochechouart, St Mathieu and Chalus.
